Lamas Destilaria had a fast-growing product portfolio and expanding brand presence, but its digital ecosystem was fragmented. The e-commerce and institutional layers lacked a clear information architecture, consistent navigation patterns, and scalability to support new products, content, and international expansion. This resulted in friction across the user journey, weakened brand storytelling, and limited the platform’s ability to evolve as a strategic growth channel.

I led the UX architecture and interface design for a unified digital platform, restructuring both the institutional and e-commerce experiences under a mobile-first and scalability-driven approach. The solution focused on redefining information architecture, simplifying navigation flows, and aligning content, commerce, and brand narrative into a single coherent system. Through iterative prototyping and close collaboration with development and marketing stakeholders, the platform was designed to support future product launches, content expansion, and international growth — while reinforcing Lamas’ artisanal and premium positioning across all touchpoints.

Lamas Destilaria was already a respected name in the Brazilian premium spirits market, but its digital presence had not evolved at the same pace as the brand itself.

As the product portfolio expanded and the company began preparing for new markets and international visibility, the existing digital ecosystem started to show structural limitations — fragmented navigation, unclear content hierarchy, and a lack of scalability to support future growth.

I joined the project with the responsibility of rethinking the platform as a system, not just a website. Acting as UX Architect and Interface Designer, my role was to connect brand narrative, commerce, and content into a single, cohesive digital experience — one capable of evolving alongside the business.

The work focused on redefining information architecture, simplifying user journeys, and establishing a mobile-first foundation that balanced storytelling with usability and conversion. Every decision was made considering long-term maintainability, future product launches, and the operational reality of a growing team.

The result was a scalable digital platform that strengthened Lamas’ premium positioning, reduced friction across key flows, and transformed the website into a strategic growth asset — not just a visual showcase, but a system designed to support expansion, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
